Last week I mentioned the Mississippi River as a place where we take the dogs to run around off-leash. We also frequent another place that is more of a flat open space where they can run until they drop. This area borders a large marshland and the dogs like to run into the tall grass and cattails, presumably looking for little critters to chase, such as mice. This is a picture of Smokie taking a break after running around in the marsh.
