Looking back

After far too long (a year?!) I've restored archives to my blog. So now my infrequent blathering can be viewed by the one or two visitors (myself included) and indexed by search engines. I still need to update the 2002 and 2003 entries to be processed by the new software, but until then the archives generated by the old version are still available.

But wait, there's more! As part of the major revamp of my homegrown software that I use to generate this site I've added categories to my postings. Now, along with archives, I've added category indices. Links to each of the categories are in the blog archive section as well as the category attached to the end of each entry (next to the link). And yes, the links not rendering in any visible way is something I need to fix.
